SOLUTIONS TO COMMON PHONE PROBLEMS

PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS.

1.If phone fails to power on,this is what to do!
a)Check on/off switchb)Check battery voltagec)Check if it can charged)Bad power ICe)Do cross connectionUse computer software to flash it.

2.Keypad Problem!
a)Clean the keypad interface on the circuit Board.b)Check if there is continuity on the interface.c)Raplace key with another working one of the same make and model.

3.Phone not charging
a)Confirm that the change is working by reading the output voltage with meter.b)Check the fuseable resistor and replace if broken.c)Check the charging port tag to see if it has removed from the board,add a little soldering lead to clear the problem.

4.If Phone drops into water!
a)Quickly remove call batteryb)Dismantlen phone and allow it to dryc)Use methylated spirit to clean power contactd)Use hot air blower or Excellent alternative to dry the main board and park it back.

5.Partial Contact!
At times the problem lies on the bus heat or dust might have block the bus lines.the only solution to this is to remove the board,Clean the bus line with fluid,while cleaning,make sure that you do not allow it to touch the components on the board.
