Check the environment you are,if there be enough coverage capacity to receive network.Make sure that your phone antenna,press *#0000#

12.Contact Service!
The solution to this problem is to use PC software to flash.
There is a call battery on the board that empowers the phone to retain a given information.When the battery is weak or dead,the phone can no longer store or retain any information.

13.Loss of Memory!
